About Dale Forney

For many older adults and their families, a move is about far more than real estate — it’s about navigating a major life transition with confidence, dignity, and support. That understanding is deeply personal to Dale.

Years ago, Dale helped his own parents downsize after health challenges made staying in their longtime home difficult. Walking alongside them through that transition gave him firsthand insight into the emotional and logistical complexities many families face during later-life moves. It also shaped the heart behind his real estate business today.

While Dale serves clients of all ages, he specializes in helping senior adults (55+) and their families navigate important lifestyle transitions involving housing, downsizing, relocation, aging-in-place decisions, and financial considerations tied to real estate. Clients appreciate that Dale not only understands the process — he understands the emotions, conversations, and uncertainty that often come with it.

Known for providing Confidence, Care, and Clarity, Dale combines compassion with strong business and negotiation experience. He is a military veteran with an MBA and a background negotiating contracts for a Fortune 50 company before transitioning into residential real estate full-time. Licensed in Washington and Arizona, he also holds advanced REALTOR® certifications including SRES®, ABR®, and RSPS®.

Dale believes real estate is a powerful tool for creating opportunity and supporting life goals. Having personally leveraged strategies such as 1031 exchanges and retirement-account investing, he helps clients think strategically about both their move and their future. Through his Client Appreciation Program, he continues supporting clients long after the transaction is complete.

Outside of real estate, Dale enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and boating with his wife and two sons.
